Chander stated that Raju and Sanjay had been booked for gangrape, abetment of suicide and underneath the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences Act. “The contractor has been charged with solely abetment of suicide,” he stated.
The police officer stated that the households of the 2 women, who’re distant kin, had left for the market on Wednesday after receiving their wages whereas the 2 women had stayed behind.
