Three younger males are going through quite a few costs, together with aggravated assault, after what police are calling a “main disturbance” occurred in Arnprior within the early hours of Saturday.

Brianna Roberge, media-relations officer with the Renfrew detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, mentioned officers have been referred to as to a house on River Street in Arnprior round 1:50 a.m. Two individuals have been taken to hospital with “unknown accidents” after the “main assault,” police mentioned.

Two 18-year-olds and a 19-year-old from Arnprior and Renfrew all face two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of aggravated assault and different costs for trespassing at evening and possessing a weapon for harmful functions.
The three have been held for bail hearings, police mentioned.
On Saturday afternoon, police have been on the dwelling on River Street and one other dwelling in Renfrew that was related to the Arnprior incident, Roberge mentioned.
Roberge didn’t clarify the connection.
The Arnprior residence is a two-storey, brick constructing in a residential space on the outskirts of the neighborhood.
Renfrew OPP, the Renfrew detachment’s crime unit and the OPP’s East Area forensic identification service have been all concerned within the investigation.
Police burdened on social media there was “no risk to public security.”
Because the investigation continued, Roberge mentioned, residents of each Arnprior and close by Renfrew may count on to see a bigger than regular police presence of their communities.
