BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. Time has been
set for the investigation of the assault on the Azerbaijani embassy
in Tehran subsequent month (January 21 via February 19, 2024),
Tehran’s Judiciary Chief Ali Alghasi-Mehr mentioned, Pattern studies.
He made the comment on the assembly of the Supreme Council of
Judges in Tehran on December 25.
Based on him, the issues and hurdles within the investigation of
the Azerbaijan embassy assault in Tehran have already been
resolved.
On January 27, 2023, there was an armed assault on Azerbaijan’s
embassy in Iran. One embassy staffer was killed and two others have been
injured because of the occasion. The embassy’s operations have been
halted following the assault.
