Sandipan Bhumre, the guardian minister of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district and the Minister of Employment Assure and Horticulture, recommended Paithan, the birthplace of Sant Eknath Maharaj, for the honour of building the state’s first Santpith. Bhumre highlighted the longstanding demand in Marathwada for a Santpith over the previous 40 years, which was lastly realised. He emphasised the significance of preserving the age-old custom of Sants within the area and pledged efforts to offer expert manpower and authorities services to the Santpith.
Vice Chancellor Dr Yeole expressed his dream for the Santpith to realize the standing of an unbiased college, providing undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs. The certificates distribution noticed a complete of 159 college students from the second and third batches, bringing the general rely to round 500 over two years, as reported by Dr Vakte.
