Congress chief Rahul Gandhi’s ’Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ on Friday resumed from Nabagram in West Bengal’s Murshidabad after the district administration requested the social gathering to delay it owing to the category 10 state board examination, senior chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury claimed.
The Yatra, which was scheduled to renew at 8 am from Gokarna in Murshidabad, began round 10.30 am from Nabagram. Chowdhury, the Baharampur MP, stated that permission to carry the Yatra was refused in neighbouring Birbhum district, by which it’s to cross to enter Pakur in Jharkhand later within the day.
Denied Permission For Roadshow
He stated that the permission to carry a roadshow was not granted in Murshidabad district owing to the graduation of West Bengal secondary schooling board’s class 10 examination being held throughout the state.

Rahul Rides Over SUV Amid Restrictions
The Yatra commenced with just a few automobiles as Gandhi rode a pink SUV from Nabagram in the identical district. The Baharampur MP stated no loudspeakers will likely be used within the Yatra.
