The maniac went berserk on the 84th Road and Lexington Avenue pharmacy shortly earlier than 4 p.m. when he picked up a trash can and smashed it earlier than fleeing exterior.

The 38-year-old man then allegedly shattered a number of home windows with a hatchet and struck a 37-year-old worker within the hand with the weapon, the NYPD stated.
