’No Query’ Trump Violated the International Emoluments Clause


Consultant Jamie Raskin (D-MD) stated Thursday on MSNBC’s “All In” that there was “no query” former President Donald Trump violated the Structure’s international emoluments clause, which prohibits the president from accepting funds or presents from international governments and monarchs until Congress consents.
