A division bench of Justices Sanjeev Sachdeva and Vikas Mahajan rejected the petition that challenged a household court docket order handed on August 30, 2016. The trial court docket had mentioned that Omar Abdullah couldn’t show his claims of cruelty or desertion towards Payal Abdullah.
