Malad Police File Case Towards Trio For Assaulting Vegetable Vendor In Dispute Over Unloading


The Malad police have filed a case in opposition to three individuals for allegedly assaulting a vegetable vendor on Friday early morning. The incident came about in entrance of the Acme Procuring Centre, Malad West, following a dispute over unloading greens.

Based on the FIR, the complainant Lorik Yadav, a vegetable vendor residing in Kurar, Malad East, had a petty struggle with three others who have been unloading greens.

The disagreement escalated right into a bodily altercation, with the trio verbally abusing and assaulting Yadav. One of many accused, Montu Singh, 38, brandished a knife, whereas one other, Ketan Singh, 35 threatened Yadav with violence. The third accused is Shivbahaddur Singh, 40.
