A judicial Justice of the Peace in Rajasthan was booked on March 30 for allegedly asking a Dalit rape complainant to undress and present her wounds, The Indian Categorical reported on Thursday.
The alleged incident occurred on March 20 when the 18-year-old girl went to the Justice of the Peace’s workplace to report her assertion in reference to a rape case. As she was leaving the Justice of the Peace’s workplace after recording her assertion, the Justice of the Peace allegedly known as her again.

The girl refused to strip and after recording the assertion, she registered a criticism towards the Justice of the Peace, Mina Meena, the deputy superintendent of police of the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste cell, advised the Hindustan Instances.
The Justice of the Peace in Hindaun city of the state has been booked beneath Indian Penal Code part 345 (wrongful confinement) and the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Prevention of Atrocities Act, the Hindustan Instances reported.
“The case has been transferred to a group led by vigilance registrar of the Rajasthan Excessive Courtroom Ajay Singh Jatt who additionally visited the rape survivor in Karauli on Wednesday and recorded her assertion,” an unidentified senior official from the Excessive Courtroom advised the Hindustan Instances.
