A lady has been left with “extreme” accidents after being attacked by a shark in Sydney’s jap suburbs on Monday night.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance informed the Herald a number of models had been referred to as to Billyard Avenue in Elizabeth Bay about 7.45pm to deal with a girl who had been pulled from the water.
“She had critical bleeding. Her accidents are extreme,” the spokesperson stated.
“Now we have a helicopter there and a number of models treating her on the scene”.
The girl, who was within the water close to the wharf, was bitten in the proper leg and suffered extreme lacerations and blood loss. She is believed to be in her late 20s or early 30s.
A vet who witnessed the incident assisted the lady earlier than paramedics arrived.
The girl has been taken to St Vincent’s Hospital.
The spokesperson stated no-one else was injured.
