A 23-year-old mom in Florida was killed by her youthful brother Sunday throughout a household dispute over Christmas items, authorities mentioned.
The argument started as Abrielle Baldwin, her two sons, ages 6 and 10 months, had been out procuring Sunday evening along with her two teenage brothers, ages 15 and 14, and their mom, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri mentioned.
Baldwin’s 14-year-old brother was apparently upset that his older brother was getting extra items than him, sparking an argument, the sheriff mentioned.
”So they’d this household spat about who was getting what and what cash was being spent on who,” Gualtieri advised reporters Tuesday.

The household ultimately left the shop and went to Baldwin’s grandmother’s residence the place the arguing continued. Whereas on the residence, the 14-year-old took out a handgun and threatened to shoot his older brother within the head, authorities mentioned.
Members of the family current on the residence tried separating the kids. The youthful teen then started arguing with Baldwin and threatened to shoot her and her 10-month-old son.
He then allegedly shot her within the chest with a .40 caliber handgun. The child was in a service and wasn’t harmed. When the 15-year-old teen got here out of the house, he took out his personal .45 caliber handgun and shot his brother within the abdomen.

The older teen ran from the scene and tossed the gun, Gualtieri mentioned. The youthful teen who allegedly shot Baldwin was hospitalized in secure situation and can be taken into custody when he is launched.
