BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, November 27. The European
Financial institution for Reconstruction and Improvement (EBRD) owns a mortgage
portfolio valued at 177 million euros in Kyrgyzstan, as of October
31, 2023, Development

In accordance with the financial institution, the mortgage portfolio is meant for the
completion of 77 tasks.
Amongst these tasks, the vast majority of funding, 72 p.c or 127
million euros, is directed in direction of sustainable infrastructure,
whereas 15 p.c, equal to 26 million euros, is allotted to
trade, commerce, and agriculture.
Moreover, monetary establishments obtain the remaining 13
p.c, totaling 24 million euros.
Moreover, in line with the EBRD, the share of the personal

is 28 p.c.
