Described as a contemporary French canteen drawing inspiration from Parisian cafés, Californian delis, and Montreal bistros, the brand new opening will supply a menu of typical, inexpensive French dishes, with just a few nods to extra worldwide, international influences.
The 2-storey, all-day café, which is able to overlook Borough Market, might be operated by founder François O’Neill, government chef Matthew Ryle, with head of operations Ed Wyand main the entrance of the home. On the bottom ground might be a deli counter and rotisserie, whereas on the primary ground might be an open kitchen, seen by a glass wall, and two extra eating rooms.
