A 97-year-old girl is simply too afraid to feed birds in her again backyard after a ’bullying’ council threatened to nice her.
Retired music instructor Anne Seago says she will’t even deliver herself to look out of the home windows of her conservatory to look at the sparrows and robins after being accused of anti-social behaviour.
Council officers are stated to have pursued Mrs Seago for 2 years after a neighbour complained that pigeons and seagulls had been interested in her chicken desk and brought on a nuisance.

The letter says placing meals out for wild birds is ’unreasonable and is having a detrimental impact on neighbouring residents’.
Mrs Seago, who receives common check-ups on account of her age, stated: ’I’m stressed. My blood strain is up and it was good the final time.

Mr Wright, 67, stated the flock of pigeons Mr Horne complained about had been deserted within the space by a resident who moved to Spain and launched them to fend for themselves.
Retired housing assist employee Mr Wright, who described the council’s letter as ’draconian and supposed to terrify aged retirees’, added: ’We’re very involved about Anne and Alan’s welfare.’
Mrs Seago and her son claimed Mr Horne has repeatedly blasted out punk music and banged his wheelie bin lid to harass them.
She stated: ’He does foolish issues. I believed it was humorous him banging the bin lid however it has gone past a joke.’
Mr Horne, who’s in his 50s, denied enjoying loud music to harass his neighbours and stated he banged the bin lid to scare the birds away.
He added: ’Different residents have complained. I’m coping with the council.’
Fylde Council didn’t reply to a request for remark.
