SC dismisses West Bengal authorities plea, probe to stay with CBI



The Supreme Courtroom on Monday dismissed a petition by the West Bengal authorities in opposition to the Calcutta Excessive Courtroom’s determination to switch to the Central Bureau of Investigation a probe into the alleged assault on Enforcement Directorate officers within the Sandeshkhali village, reported Reside Regulation.
