Vans, dumpers, and tempo autos, together with plant mixer vehicles, had been noticed speeding alongside the riverbanks, spilling ready-mix concrete onto the street, resulting in complaints of air air pollution. Three autos belonging to Kasim Sheikh, Lakwa Pujari, and Basavaraj Kasbi had been apprehended and fined ₹36,600 every for illegally filling the riverbed.
