Punjab Top Cop, His Team Honoured For Neutralising Sidhu Moosewala Killers

Deputy Superintendent of Punjab Police Bikramjit Singh Brar and 4 members of his workforce have been conferred with the President’s gallantry medal for eliminating two shooters concerned within the homicide of singer Sidhu Moosewala in 2022, officers mentioned on Thursday.

The 2 gangsters — Manpreet Singh alias Mannu and Jagroop Singh alias Roopa –were neutralised in Amritsar on July 20, 2022.

President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday permitted 80 gallantry awards together with six Kirti Chakra and 16 Shaurya Chakra on the eve of the seventy fifth Republic Day.
