The motive force of a rubbish truck has been charged after fatally hanging a feminine pedestrian in midtown Toronto final month.
The incident occurred at Winona Drive and St. Clair Avenue West, east of Dufferin Avenue, simply earlier than 1 p.m. on Dec. 7, in response to police.
Police mentioned a rubbish truck was travelling west on St. Clair Avenue and turned proper onto Winona Drive when it struck a pedestrian, a girl in her 50s, heading east to west on the north facet crosswalk.
The girl suffered deadly accidents and was pronounced lifeless, in response to police. In the meantime, the motive force of the truck remained on the scene and didn’t not maintain any accidents.
