- Related educational diploma and ideally postgraduate qualification in any of the next areas: city and regional planning, environmental governance or engineering, local weather motion planning / coverage making / monitoring and analysis, environmental or sustainability administration, public administration, economics, or different related schooling/coaching;
- A minimum of 3 years {of professional} expertise working in a project-based atmosphere, ideally for and with native governments or different city actors, with climate-related initiatives and/or consultancy providers;
