Path resident killed in pedestrian collision south of Castlegar – Okanagan

A pedestrian collision on Friday morning claimed the lifetime of a Path resident.

Based on B.C. Freeway Patrol, the collision occurred on Freeway 22 south of Castlegar, and concerned a white Ford F150 truck.

Police say the incident occurred round 7 a.m., with the 36-year-old male sufferer succumbing to accidents.

RCMP added that the driving force remained on the scene and was cooperative.
